In the fall of 2006, Prime: An American Kitchen and Bar opened with a philosophical and practical dedication to creating and delivering a culinary experience that parallels the spectacular waterfront view. The Harbor Club at Prime has perpetuated that philosophy, creating menus that reflect seasonal and locally sourced ingredients alongside some American classics. Our menus are composed of the best dishes from each of the Bohlsen Restaurant Group’s kitchens, highlighted by inventive twists to timeless dishes, the best fare from our local waters, and complemented by USDA Prime 21-day Dry Aged Beef.
